Once first contact has been made with the client, Transgenex provides the client with a quotation and all the verification information and documentation requirements.
Upon receiving acceptance of said quotation, we conduct a pre-site meeting to further inform the client on the process, any changes to the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, and answer in question the client may have concerning the information and documentation required.
The client then submits all information and documentation to the Transgenex verification analyst assigned to said client.
The Transgenex verification analyst will proceed with the verification in accordance to SANAS requirements.
Upon completion of the verification the analyst will evaluate all findings and issue a preliminary report which is reviewed by independent team.
Once the independent team has completed the review of the preliminary report and has found all information to be accurate as per the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice Transgenex can then issue the B-BEE certificate to the client via email and send the original certificate to the client via registered post.
